The doors are 2" thick and equipped with steel thresholds and bullet hinges with welded grease fittings. Pre-drilled holes on the jamb tabs enable simple installation. To provide an energy-efficient product, our 5/8" tempered dual pane operable glass designs feature dual seals to reduce heat and air leakage. Additionally, Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping is added to the frames, to minimize thermal transfer. Additionally, a door sweep is included and installed at the bottom of the door to help block out sound, light, drafts, insects, moisture, smoke, and fire.

- Clear Coat Thickness - Around 30 microns
